SamDontBeStupid As pretty much everyone said on this board, run it under cold water, or use ice. I suggest going to get seen by a doctor if the pain worsens/continues.

And in it I find, an entry in which it said she was raped. It also said that she was scared to come to her father or myself. I don't know how to confront her without her knowing that I've been thumbing through her personal diary....

SamDontBeStupid Whenever I get angry, I usually bottle it up inside or give an annoyed facial expression. However, in the end, I always find myself trying to resolve the problem in a calm manner.
