I have a MyLot related problem!

Do you think you could be of assistance? Well, my problem is that I cannot upload pictures, or change my "avatar". I know how to change my avatar; I browse through my files, select the picture, and press 'OK'. But, it never changes, and it really frustrates me. And, I know how to upload photos, too, but like the avatars, they don't appear. Do you have the same problem? Do you have a solution? Or is it possibly my computer?
