Or go off to sleep again. I have this problem. I usually find it very difficult getting up in the morning with the alarm clock. I stay in bed thinking I 'll get a while later and most of the times fall asleep again. Not to mention...

informations of course,i did not always drink much water bofore sleep.when i must get up on time to do important thing,drinking water make me avoid sleeping too long because of some need.it is not a good idea but useful.
