How do you punish a cat without hurting it?

The cat stole my dinner... I had that beautiful juicy trout on the bunch... and I was about to prepare it to put in the oven when the phone rang. It all happened very quickly... the cat jumped on the bunch... stole the fish......

infusion cats like to be clean right? just fix a tape to any of his legs, that will be the perfect punishment. As it will bother your cat too much, and he wont get the mindset again to have any more trouts of yours
