My hair is salt and pepper grey. Many have said my color is pretty, I have not colored it. But I am feeling old with it grey. Do you color your hair? What do you think I should do??

innercity51 Thanks for going into detail about your hair coloring. I am still thinking about it. I think I will put highlights in it. Start out with that and if that is not enough i may change the color all the way.

innercity51 If you have beautiful black hair, there is not reason to color. I am sure it would not look right if you did.

innercity51 I am content with my hair. But I think the perception of others would be that I am younger.

innercity51 I think the news from the tv can be biased, It is seen from the tv stations perspetive which is sometimes not accurate.

innercity51 Good answer, I tend to agree with you. I like newspaper as well. It is more thoruough. The tv does have the videos that are so interesting. The internet is just an introduction to the news from other sources.

What is your skin care regime? I make my own exfolliate. It is oatmeal, dry milk, and some other secret ingrediants. It is all natural and mild. I then use toner and moisturizer. I have found this to be the best skin care for the...

How tall have they gotten? Mine have gotten over 10' tall in the past. I just love them because they follow the sun!

I am a violin teacher. I find that children are easyto teach when it comes to learning a musical instrument. Has it stuck with you? Do you still play?

innercity51 That's wonderful that he loves the violin. It is a great instrument. I played in the allstate orchestra. I played in church. But I most enjoy teaching a beginner.

innercity51 Hey, thanks replying to my last two discussions. I quit early too. I wish I had taken it seriously and longer. Both my sister and I teach, and my son teaches music. It is in our genes. I enjoy it now that I am older.

Age discrimination for people over 55??

I am over 55, and I have applied to 5 different stores for a job. I was not called back on any of them. Could my age have something to do with it??

innercity51 Yes, I agree, older people are better workers. They are more mature, concentrate and do a better job than younger ones who don't have their mind on their work. I doubt if I could prove it though.

innercity51 My age was right on there on the application. They could and get a way with it. I am not going to make a fuss. Maybe there is something better for me.
