When stray dogs become a menace,Should they be killed?

It is high time to get rid of the stray dogs in the locality, only yesterday a stray dog bit an elderly woman, while strolling in the park, however the muncipal corporation is silent and doesnt take any action, what to do?

ipsitdayal2009 they should not be killed but it is the duty of the govt to look after the stray dogs provide shelter to them, they shouldn't be killed as they are the part of our ecosystem.

ipsitdayal2009 I would like to be the president of some poor country so that i can help the people of that country. If we become the president of some developed country then we would not be able to help the people as they are already living in a good condition
