So i'm 16 and i am concerned about losing weight because i think im pretty unhealthy cause apparently im 5 feet 1 inches and a half and 180lbs. and i think im supposed to be 110 i dont know . but i need help, i need advice...

Iram786 It's definitely really cold! Even the summers aren't always that warm. And we usually get snow in October... so yeah. I'm pretty sure if girls here can wear leggings in the snow then you should be able to! :D

Iram786 I do normally just stick to 2-3 inch heels but the 4-5 inch heels are so much nicer and sometimes I just can't resist buying them even if I know I'm not gonna wear them. It's so annoying how the 4-5 inch ones are much nicer :(

Iram786 Your reply has made me a lot more confident, thanks so much! Everyone just looks at you though if you look supertall because of heels and I guess that makes me paranoid although they're probably not all looking anyway.

Iram786 I actually meant to say 8 glasses a day which is 3 litres lol. It is really difficult to drink 8 glasses of water in a day though but at the moment I've been trying to drink at least 3 in a day.
