Anemia

I am beginning to think that I am anemic. I am tired all of the time. I know I could easily take an iron pill to help with it, but I am terrible about remembering to take pills. What other ways can I increase the iron in my diet?...

I like to go alone, i like walking, comparing the products, see all, and buy only what i need. I don t like to go with somebody who repeat all the time...hurry, we don t have time, we must buy and go...this make me angry, I...
