Anemia

I am beginning to think that I am anemic. I am tired all of the time. I know I could easily take an iron pill to help with it, but I am terrible about remembering to take pills. What other ways can I increase the iron in my diet?...

IRISBARBER I understand what you're talking about, I have about 10-15 lying around the house for small jobs. They recycle just about everything now, but i'm not sure about this. I'll try to find out for you. The more I think about it, the more it sounds really GROSS.

IRISBARBER i would stick with the drums. in a sense you've aready made up your mind. you sound more passionate and fired up about the drums. remember to have fun !!!!!

IRISBARBER my favorite means of transportation is car because im terrified of everything else out there. i always think of something happening to me while traveling. i think i have a better chance in a car. my motto is, you cant run on water and you cant run in the air.
