I just lost my father on july 3rd and i was wondering whats normal when your grieving? Have you lost someone? How did you deal?

Irishchick22 Thanks very much, i'm kind of in the same situation as you, i have to look after my mom also, my parents were married for 35 years so of course i worry about her but i also worry because i'm 6 months pregnant.
