How do you boil your eggs

I've been cooking for quite a while but honestly don't know how to boil eggs, I mean I do boil them but I can never seem to get em right, sometimes I under do it and the insides are still soggy. And more often I overdo it and wait...

irisszh Hi,I am a chinese girl, in my experience when you can hold a egg still with chopsticks, then it must be well done.
