Coconut oil I live in the tropics, where many coconut trees grow. We use coconut fruit to make oil. Almost 90 percent of the cuisine at my place uses coconut oil. In addition to cooking, some cosmetic companies also use it.

M Cheung @Istycute Actually, I seldom go to an Indonesian restaurant in HK. Last time I went there with friends was many years ago. We had beef and chicken satay, grilled fish, and fried rice which were quite yummy.
