I would love some ideas to broaden my restricted diet

I was diagnosed with food allergies, and have had to eliminate all wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, tomato, avacado, and peanuts from my diet. I am highly sensitive to chemicals and dyes in processed food. I cannot eat meat. I do fine...
