I would love some ideas to broaden my restricted diet

I was diagnosed with food allergies, and have had to eliminate all wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, tomato, avacado, and peanuts from my diet. I am highly sensitive to chemicals and dyes in processed food. I cannot eat meat. I do fine with seafood. My diet is quite restrictive, and I am always on the lookout for new ideas and recipes. Do you have any pescatarian or vegetarian ideas? Thanks for sharing

I have a vegan recipe website. Most of the foods are cooked from scratch so shouldn't trigger your sensitivities to chemicals and dyes.
There are some recipes with tomato, avocado and peanuts but a lot without and you should be able to substitute any wheat products for wheat free alternatives or just use rice instead.
The web address is

I can't imagine having that many allergies. You must only be able to eat fresh fruit and veges. I hope you are seeing a nutritionist to help make sure you are getting adequate vitamins and protein. I'm allergic to soy, dairy and beef. It's hard for me to find healthy things to eat that are palateable. I really don't have any recipes for you, but just wanted to say you have my sympathy.
