What does a "diabetic Diet mean to you? What foods should/shouldn't be eating to control blood sugar?

michelledarcy Remove all sugar, alcohol and caffeine from your diet. Then reduce your carbs as low as you can. Have lots of fresh vegetables and some fruit and protein for energy. Try to eat smaller meals with some snacks to give you regular energy.

I have been vegetarian for a LONG time, and have become bored with my regular food. Please give me some ideas of meals I can make - NOTHING with animal products in them. I would love some new recipes. Thank you.

michelledarcy I think that watching TV is bad for you. I'm not sure whether it causes ADHD but I know that if I'm watching TV it draws me in and away from real life, and I start being addicted and want to watch it more and more. I only use my TV so the kids can watch...
