hi there:) are you the one who gives extra "tip" in a restaurants or in taking a cab/taxi, in restaus knowing that some are inclusive for their service charge?actually for me sometimes it depends on their performance especially...

ivanmarquezv I believe that whoever serves you should be tipped. Even if the service was terrible, tip 1 cent just to make them realize what it really was.
