hey guys. what is the best exercise that you can suggest to help flatten my tummy? Is sit-ups and crunches, effective?

jaceff30 Actually Im underweight. The only problem is my tummy but Im not an alcoholic. I eat too much but I don't get fat maybe because the built of my body. Maybe all the fats go to my tummy.

jaceff30 yes, just my tummy :c oh Im not an alcoholic. Yes, I drink but during special occasion. Maybe, I'll follow your recommendation :)

jaceff30 hi there charmeleon68. Thank you for your suggestions. Maybe that's the reason why my tummy is flabby, sitting and lying in bed for a long time. haha!
