do u have a fatty liver?

hi, friends. my doctor told me i have light fatty liver and advised me to eat more vegetables and fruits and not to eat fat, sugar and honey. do u have a fatty liver? how do u control ur food habit? and what's on ur plates...

hi, friends. I have a health checkup once a year. I had a health checkup the day before yesterday. and the doctor told me that i have fatty liver. I'm so bad about it. what about u? are u healthy in the recent health checkup?

I don't have a nap now. sometimes i feel some dizzy in the afternoon. but my some colleague have a nice nap every day. do u have a nap? if do, how many time do u nap? if not, are u energetic in the afternoon?
