Brenna a few people have said it, comfy clothes and a movie! I also like to draw or read to relax. sometimes I'll clean, even if it's small like one drawer or one strip of kitchen counter. seeing things organized makes my thoughts a little more organized.

Jeff Moffitt Exercising at the gym always helps me unwind and de-stress after a long day at work. Also, if I have the chance, I love to get outside in nature and go for a walk. Being around nature always soothes me and helps me relax.

era I watch movies on Netflix,listening to motivational speech for me to have more courage after the day at work and of course treating myself to a restaurant or sometimes I'll cook my favorite food/dish hehehe
