A good run always helps even if it is difficult to crawl out of bed. Take an aspirin and drink lots of water the night before. Then put your sneakers the next day and go for the run.

spectrum1231 Sleep. Rest is your best friend at this point to give your body a recovery. Replenish your body with fruit juice and water. Avoid caffeine. A weak cup of coffee may be okay but a lot of caffeine will continue to dehydrate you. Drink orange juice for Vitamin C....

Do you have heavy rains where you live ?

When it rains, it is almost like non-stop for days where I live. It doesn't get heavy or stormy, but still quite unpleasant to walk around or to drive along the highways. How about where you live ? Do yo get heavy rains ?

LadyMarissa Hmmmm. In my eyes "true love" includes "trust, respect, understanding, teamwork & communication". If you don't have ALL those you ONLY have LOVE. True love DOES include them. However, you can truly love...

Richard love is just a part of it, and unfortunately the other parts are not taken as seriously as they should be. Respect is huge, i don't see how you can love someone if you do not have or show respect for them. Understanding definately needs to be there, everyone...

hinkerbell love sometimes isnt enuff. but i guess its ok. sumtimes. thats why im single and im happy bout being single i think sumtimes love isnt worth the pain u go threw. i rather just be single sum time.
