Sometimes i worry and cry a lot. If my friends says something mean or bad. I feel so sad and everything around me seems gloomy. Please help how can i stop myself from worrying too much even on little things.

i've wished for it before but i realized that to have my bad memories/experiences erased is not a good idea. No matter how painful it is for me it made me a better person today.

The last time i cried was when i lost my dog last year and even now if i remember him i still got misty eyed especially when i saw dogs on tv exactly like him.
