Hi I am using windows xp operating system and I want to know the ip address of the computer.Also is there is any way or any command in dos(disc operating system) that gives me the ip address of the computer????Pls reply.

jake1093 also you can go to the connection icon right click on it select properties go to advanced tab there should be your IP ADDRESS as well

jake1093 hi friend you can easily know your ip addres throug command line go to RUN type in "cmd" then type in "ipconfig/all" there you can easily find your ip address cheers.
