ebay payment sent?

so im relatively new to eBay and i recently sold an item for a nice profit the problem is that the payment has been marked as sent and on my eBay page and PayPal account it is marked as payment not received does anybody know why...

jalexandratos Hi, sherrybelle is right. You should communicate with your buyer and ask the payment method she used. Buyers will have other options if your listing is not set to receive payments through paypal only.
