Kristy It's not stressful at all. We have diferentes set dates take turns blah blah. It's super drama free.

Hey guys, it's day 3 of my fasting routine & I already feel awesome! Let me tell you how my eating schedule is! I eat my first meal at 2 p.m (I can only eat; chicken, steak, no/hardly no charbs if it has protein, no sugars, water...

Kristy Yeah, no processed foods at all. & it's a lifestyle change. The good thing about this diet is, it's like a loaded protein fast.. We get our vitamins and energy from fruits and veggies. But also eat a lot of protein. So you are losing a lot of weight but also...
