jamiekay_8179 You are so right. When I learned to stop replaying every little bad thing and let go of the past, I tried to live in the past for so long, I started to feel the happiness sneak back in on me!!! It has been great. Happy Mylotting!

jamiekay_8179 AWESOME! If more people would take a few minutes out of everyday and do something like that the world would maybe become a better place. Appreciating life and your loved ones is very important. It makes you a better, happier person!
