jan2001 Wow ElicBxn, kudos to your sister for losing 100 lbs. Tis true..muscle does weigh more than fat..and as long as works on keeping herself healthy, that's all that matters.

jan2001 ElicBxn, you just made me laugh. When my mother and her siblings were in their 50s my grandmother still called them her 'kids' and even chastised them as if they WERE still kids.
