everyday i would wake up late because i couldn't sleep on time. i would feel dizzy and sleepy but i couldn't go to dream land. and i can't sleep straight 'cos even a sound of footsteps wake me. what will i do?

i'm just curious. i haven't been in a relationship because i'm afraid to commit. i've heard about my friends' complaints about having their heart broken and yet they still want to have someone to love,again and again.
