Do you jogging everyday? I do,and i have lost almost 5kgs weight after running since from last summer,it is really effective. do you have same experience?

janezhang88 You are lucky as you do jogging with company,but I just run alone,my husband always has various causes to refuse joining my exercise,I used to jog at night,but now I chose to do in the morning everyday, I just hope to be able to lost some more weight since...
