hi there people, i'm ill now, but i don't like to take some pills or other medcine, so i prefere to eat or use some natural remedy, for flu i usually eat oranges and mandarins, everything that contains c vitamin and other useful...

janshul Hello...when i am ill i usually take natural therapy in place of any medicine bcoz of their side effects and capacity to reducing immunity power. if it takes the form of any serious diseases so it becomes compulsory to take them bcoz the natural remedies...
