has computers effected yur eyesight

I spend around 4 hours daily on computer. Recently i have begun to feel that my eyesight is getting weak. I have yet to get a check up. Is excessive working on the computer having an effect on our sight.Can you suggest me any...

jaspalgill Yes sitting in front of the monitor for more than 50-70 minutes results in a considerable amount of eyestrain leading to weak eyesight. Would suggest you not to look to keenly on the screen all the time. Even if you can not help sitting for less than 3-4...

jaspalgill Mine favourite cartoon since I was a Kid is Tom and Jerry and My favourite cartoon chracter is Jerry Mouse. I still love to watch this cartoon when ever I get a chance to watch it.
