i make my friende smile by jokes and experiences we had before that made us happy. another way is making fun of them. how about you, how do you make ur friends smile ?

stretchmarks due to obesity ..

stretchmarks are often often seen in big/obese people. it can be seen more often in the belly and the stomach. can you help me guys how to get rid of this stretchmarks ? i like this will leave a mark permanently. what do you think...

it seems that eating chillies ( or more accurately spicy food) speeds up your metabolism , and faster metabolism means that you will burn more calories. i did a google search anf founf both positive evidence as well as evidence...
