how do you release your anger?

jaythegr81 i release my anger by shouting in a very loud voice to release all my tensions.i even put my heead in a whole bucket of water till my all tensions go out of my head it feels great after tht.u may try it but dont forget to take ur head otu till u cant breath...

jaythegr81 i dont know tht adding friends allows us to earn money.this is like earning on a friends shoulders anyway pratically it may be happening but i wont agree with this like earning money by making friends
