At what age is it legal to smoke or drink in your country?

Here it is legal to drink at the age of 16 but they are going to chang it to 18 and to smoke it is 18. I think that they should have put first the age limit of drinking to 18 years instead of smoking because it is more dangerous....

jazz51 For me, the exact age for smoking and drinking are about 20 years old.In that age,teenager can control when and where to smoke and drink.I feel that smoking and drinking can harm to your health like what you said but there are people wants to drink and smoke...
