Why 2000 rs notes have been issued in exchange of 500/1000 rs old currency. they could have issued 1000 rs new currency. Does any one know why?

yugocean @jazzyindian How did you made such claim when black money is now becoming paper? Black money is declared paper, nobody is spared. Might be you think people like Shatrughan Sinha, Advani etc are safe, but only if they do not have it. BJP or not, Modi did right...
