How would you tell your friend that she has body odor?

Sometimes it's hard to tell somebody she has body odor or bad breath. But, don't you think it's better to tell her than ignore? How would you tell her?

jbrownlee I'm in the same situation, my friend smells so bad and I have to work with him all day. I came across this site www.smellyfriend.com they tell your friend that they smell bad anonymously.
