jdmorgan I thank you for your advise. I have heard many times about the benefits of yoga and meditation. It is definately something I should look into...again thanks

jdmorgan I think my comment was a little misunderstood. Firstly when she fell she did not hurt ( nothing detectable)herself cause as I mentioned only an ear ache showed up at the time when we were at the vet. I meant she "was" was a wreck not that she "got" wrecked :-)...
