jeanmtdb Barehugs - this is exactly what I did. But don't forget to leave lights on so that she can get to the bathroom. Sometimes the children don't want to walk around in the dark. Also, when the bed is wet, don't say anything. They know they wet it. Just be pleasant...

jeanmtdb No, you should not eat sweets continuously so that you can avoid the crash. You should really limit you sweets. Get your energy from good, wholesome foods then there are no highs and lows. Therefore, no crash.
