any one here from the philippines surely you'll agree if i tell you that the fries from mc donals is much better than the one from jollibee well for one i can eat the one from mcdo with out anything in it but the rest should be...

try drinking a glass of warm milk before going to bed but the best and proven way is by engaging se* before going to bed. it works try it out
