do you know,badminton would be good to your back ache?

i have back ache for the long time staying in front of the computer,a friend told me that badminton would be good to my ache, so i go to learn and play always. now, i feel better and keep on playing ...... do you think it right?...

jeffei yes,you are right,if you do more sports ,you will have good health,badminton is a body exercise.

Can you accept this?God and devil cannot exist without the other.We,everybody have both the qualities of the god and the devil.To which we constantly feed,that character gets nourished and come out.So,beware of the devil inside...
