Try an easy experiment. Pour some cola on a rusty iron. Check it out later and you'd see some of the rust off. That is because cola is like some kind of cleaner or detergent. Imagine drinking that. How much damage can it do to...

jemaenise yeah..consume plain water to keep your body health. right now i'm 33 years old and must be careful about this..once you get diabetes its hard to cure
