4 hours of sleep is it already enough?

I'm working in a graveyard shift for almost 2 years now. Everyday I just have a 4 hours sleep and i was thinking if its enough. Does it have any possible side effect for me?

hereandthere @jembizz21 i see. in that case, the most you can do is nap when and where you can. some drink coffee and energy drinks, but i think there's a tendency to overdo it. also maybe take a multivitamin every day.
