jen20ixm i tried the safe mode but theres no admin, just the account that we're using. anyone we decided to reformat and install a new OS, anyway, its an old version. we luckily have someone from the state who has an original cd of OS, i thnk its vista or xp..

jen20ixm no, its a family computer so 1 account only, and one password. i dont think anyone have changed the password and locked the the system, because none of my brother will pay for the labor of the techinian or whoever who will check it. no, my OS is an old version...

jen20ixm i cant access this. after i turned on the computer, i'll be stuck at the "password thingy" when i log on my username and password, it will log on for a few minutes then log off again, then it will go back to asking me my passwors. i think i have to reformat it...

jen20ixm honestly im been really stressed lately, so many problem at my business. but i try to not think of it when im at home. i tried not to show my family that im worried and tired, i tried to show them my happy and jolly side. i dont want them to worry for me.
