fresh fruit or prepacked fruitjuices?

sometimes i am not happy buying fresh fruits in the market. even if the fruit is on season, it is not convincing to buy it as it is still expensive. and to prepare it is like some are wasted. so i prefer to buy the prepacked...

jenyjenjen i prefer fresh fruits as it has more nutrients and vitamins compared to the prepacked fruit juices which has preservatives in it. nothing beats being natural. =)
