They seem to have made a few poor investments. The young players don't score enough and the vets are banged up. Lousy goaltending doesn't help. Any suggestions?

kgwat70 The future of the Flyers looks very good after all the moves they made after last season. They are off to a good start so far and I like the players that they got after last seasons terrible performance. I think they will be in the playoffs this year.

coachflaps definitely a long season and really there is no where to go but up from here. Hopefully with the change in leadership some decisions will be made based on how the game is played today rather then it used to be in the past. The rule changes have affected the...

kimfin01 The season started off pretty bad, but they have ended with a ok end...I guess you can say 2007 season was a VERY LONG practice for the young players. getting them ready for the new season to start. I think we will start off strong next year!

lauriefnp Certainly not the Stanley Cup in 2007, because that belongs to the Buffalo Sabres! We have a hot team this year- even better than last year. GO SABRES You could always move to Buffalo...

ohioblondie24 Great for you!! My husband quit smoking cold turkey also. It didnt seem to bother him very much. If you get a craving, chew a piece of gum. You have alot of willpower to try this and its awesome!

ronita34 Well an hour and a half later i won't lie to you the cravings are there for sure! I think that i will just chill on my lot for the next hour and a half! That will keep my mind positive enough as well as on other things!

misskatonic I wish you the best of luck with quitting cold turkey! It's so hard to do, but if you keep at it and find other things to occupy you when you get a craving, you can do it. I've never been able to do it cold turkey, but I've never been particularly interested...
