That's the question they asked me. And honestly... I hit delete. Then the next time I got the email, I decided to give it a try. I have found that it's easy enough to do. I click on a link in the email, it brings me to their page....

I know everyone is feeling the pinch now. Luckily (in some regards)... only my husband is working outside the home. His commute is only about 15 miles round trip... so again... we're lucky! But... it is still costing about $50...
