If your neighbor is playing music of bass so loud it comes through your walls and gives you wife a headache and disrupts your household in general, would you have the guts to go over there and ask him/her to turn it down? And...

jessicalovescorey Hi... I would most defenatly go over there and ask them to turn it down, now if they didnt and I had to go back over there and be mean I would feel bad..
