jetyk123 Laptop Graphic card are usually intergrated with motherboard, you can't change only the card.

jetyk123 Yes, I have the same feeling, I buy Dell because I thought it is a good brand but end up disappointed by their service. Anyhow I managed to get the motherboard replaced after long querrel with them. The lesson is; don't give up, this is our right.
