I cant sleep easily in the night and it took more than one hour to get to sleep.Is there any simple solution to get sleep easily.

jhoanne1215 drink milk before bedtime, never eat too much at dinner.. my teacher once told me that if we are having a hard time to sleep at time, read a bible.. C: i feel guilty about it..

hey all.. i m graduate but still have study alot to pass entrance for studying further in post graduate course..But i dont like studying at all..i dont know why..!! I love to work anything for that matter but studying textbooks...
