How long can you hold your breath?

Everytime we go to a swimming pool me and my friends challenged each other on who can hold their breath longer. I really don't know how long I could hold it because we don't timed it. Maybe more or less a minute. Do you know David...

jhoazka im always swim every month, and always play dive and count to hold their breath, and i asked to my friend, who served counting, lol: i have found the strenght to hold my breath between 45-60 sec.
