jiamingzhi yes,you are right.almost everyone in china more or less play pingpong.for this game is so easy and not need some special equipment.but as the zhaojundragon said as one grown up ,he would not likely love this game for it is so easy.

jiamingzhi yes,i also think basketball is very good exercise.i like it but i am not good at it .and it costs you much energy and pingpong costs much less.but both will make us easy and relaxed.
